-The capabilities they have within themselves to provide protection
for civilians facing violence
-How to use nonviolent human rights strategies & tactics to keep
vulnerable groups safer & more secure
-What resources & legal statutes are in place to protect people
seeking refuge
-How to report human rights violations & seek justice
